Roar with the Lion
I was born in August of 1965, during the birth of Singapore. Singapore came from ‘Singa-pura’; ‘Singa’ represented the lion, ‘Pura’ the city. The Lion City.
Saved by the Lord's Grace
I was raised in a Buddhist household. But when I was ten, I dreamt of Jesus. In my dream stood myself and my two brothers who were approached by a man wrapped in glowing white. I could hardly open my eyes because it was so bright, but I could recognise the man as clear as day. It was Jesus. The same Jesus that I had seen in the scriptures published by the church. “Kneel! Quickly!” My mother shouted, forcing my brothers and I to the ground.

Time washed the dream from my memory.
After thirteen years, life had carried us to other parts of the world, separated by pours of distances. My brothers had moved to America and Canada, while I remained in Singapore. Yet, unbeknownst to each other, we had accepted and embraced the love of Christ into our hearts on the same year. We may have been separated by the physical world, but we were nonetheless connected in spirit. The prophecy of the dream had been fulfilled.
And so, I prayed: O Lord, may I use this grace that you have bestowed upon me to serve you? How can I use the mercy you have given me to spread your love?

Worshipping with Creativity
It was through this that I realised the fortuitousness of the Lord.
My whole family was blessed with creativity. We all graduated from local design schools and moved on to start our own company ‘Immanuel Creative’. Our abundance itself was a gift from God, and we treated it as such. We ran our business according to His laws and in return, He blessed us with several local and international awards that gave us renown. We are thankful for His grace and blessings.
